Midwest Cardiovascular Research Foundation hosted our third conference on Limb Ischemia, May 25, 2010 at the Radisson Quad City Plaza.  Dr. Nicolas W. Shammas, MD, Founder and Research Director at MCRF delivered the latest information on the magnitude of Limb Ischemia and Thrombus in Limb Ischemia. Dr. Eric J. Dippel, MD, President and Associate Research Director at MCRF presented treatment of Critical Limb Ischemia and Dr. Richard Sadler, MD, with Iowa Vein Clinic presented wound management in patients with Critical Limb Ischemia.  The lively presentations generated interaction and questions from the over 50 physicians and allied health care professionals who attended the evening conference hosted and moderated by Dr. Eric Dippel, MD, President and  Associate Research Director of MCRF.
